As soon as we send your sign on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow its journey. Please note, receiving your sign will require a signature to ensure its safe delivery.
We consider all custom sign orders to be final, means you can not return them. If you’re in a rush, don’t worry! We offer an expedited service for rush orders, allowing you to receive your sign in as little as ten business days, with an additional fee.
Damage Policy
At Neocust, we’re dedicated to delivering the highest quality in every custom neon sign we craft, from design to durability. Every sign is meticulously inspected at various stages of production and once more before we ship it out. On the rare occasion that a sign is damaged during shipping, here’s what you can do:
- Immediately check your order upon arrival. If you find any damage, please let us know within three days.
- Take photos of the damaged sign and its packaging and email them to us.
- Keep all the original packing materials. Our customer service team will be in touch quickly to guide you on what to do next.
