Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund, please keep the following in mind:

  • Request Period: You must request a refund within 3 days of your purchase.
  • Item Condition: The item must be returned in its original state – unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
  • Custom Signs: Given their bespoke nature, custom signs are eligible for refunds under the same 3-day policy, provided they are returned in their original condition.

  • Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect.
